These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 98bdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the services available at 98bdt.app, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, card games, crash games, and all associated account, payment, and support services.

By accessing the 98bdt platform, creating an account, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms that may apply to individual offers. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

98bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an on-platform notice. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and governed accordingly. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all cases.

Use of the 98bdt platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Participation in any gambling activity on this platform by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any corporate entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 98bdt or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be excluded from gambling services, whether through a self-exclusion request placed with 98bdt or through any other applicable exclusion scheme.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

98bdt conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification on all registered accounts. During this process, you may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card or passport) and proof of address. The platform may also request proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested will result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to the account.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of 98bdt complies with all laws and regulations applicable to them in their jurisdiction. 98bdt makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction outside of its intended operating market.

To access the full range of 98bdt services, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid mobile number. You must keep all account information current and update it promptly if any details change.

One account per player. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 98bdt platform. This policy exists to protect the integrity of promotions, prevent fraud, and ensure that responsible gaming limits are applied consistently. Where duplicate accounts are identified — whether registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — 98bdt reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and retain any funds associated with accounts found to have been opened in bad faith.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. • Registration is free. There are no fees associated with opening a player account.
• You may only register using your own personal details. Using a third party's identity is strictly prohibited.
• 98bdt may decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
• All communications from 98bdt, including account notifications and withdrawal confirmations, will be sent to the email address or mobile number registered on your account.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that their registered contact details remain accurate and active.

All financial transactions on 98bdt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not apply foreign exchange fees or currency conversion charges on any deposit or withdrawal. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Deposits: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your 98bdt account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours to reflect. 98bdt does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 2–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. Before a first withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed the KYC verification process. Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

98bdt reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant, where account activity appears unusual, or where KYC documentation has not yet been fully verified. Withdrawals may be temporarily held pending the outcome of such verification checks.

In the event of a chargeback, reversal, or fraudulent transaction being identified on your account, 98bdt reserves the right to suspend the account, cancel any pending withdrawals, and recover any funds advanced as a result of the fraudulent activity from any positive balance remaining in the account.

98bdt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits are subject to the specific terms associated with each individual promotion, in addition to the general terms set out in this section. Where promotion-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

Wagering requirements. The majority of bonus offers are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier that specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus funds, or any winnings derived from them, can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Players should review these requirements carefully before opting in to any offer.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and will not be available for withdrawal until wagering requirements are met in full.

98bdt may at its sole discretion amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion will be given reasonable notice of any material change to that promotion's terms.

98bdt is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and integrity-driven gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Cheating and collusion: Communicating with other players to coordinate bets in a manner that undermines the fairness of a game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games or match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any advantage not available to standard players.
• Exploiting software errors: Intentionally exploiting technical glitches, errors in odds, or system malfunctions to place bets or accumulate winnings that would not have been possible under normal operating conditions. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be forfeited.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using the 98bdt platform to launder money, process fraudulent transactions, or conduct any activity that violates applicable financial crime laws. 98bdt cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in investigating suspected financial crime.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification, or impersonating another person at any point during your use of the platform.
• Abuse of staff: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications towards any 98bdt employee or support agent. The platform reserves the right to close accounts where such behaviour is exhibited.

Where prohibited conduct is suspected, 98bdt reserves the right to suspend account access immediately pending investigation. During any investigation period, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. The outcome of such investigations is final and binding.

Players may request the closure of their 98bdt account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 98bdt will process any remaining verified balance in the account to the player's registered payment method after all pending wagering requirement checks are completed.

Voluntary self-exclusion. Players who feel that their gambling habits are becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period through the 98bdt support team. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of 30 days up to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and the player will not be able to deposit, place bets, or receive promotional materials. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation from the support team.

Platform-initiated suspension. 98bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account has been found to hold false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• The platform has identified or suspects fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity on the account.
• The account has been identified as a duplicate of an existing registered account.
• The player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute with their payment provider without first exhausting 98bdt's dispute resolution process.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure.

In cases of platform-initiated closure arising from a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds, free bet credits, or winnings derived from bonus activity will be forfeited. Verified real-money deposits that are not subject to a pending investigation may be returned to the player's registered payment method at 98bdt's discretion.

98bdt provides its platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates reliably and without interruption, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, downtime, or technical failures at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 98bdt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to losses resulting from:

• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance or unplanned technical outages.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Loss of data, account information, or game history resulting from events outside 98bdt's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Decisions made by you in connection with your use of the platform, including all betting and wagering decisions.

Nothing in these Terms limits 98bdt's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The aggregate liability of 98bdt to any player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 98bdt with respect to your use of the platform. Any prior representations, warranties, or agreements not expressly included in these documents are superseded. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
